JAR/TUB FILLING MACHINE








Rotary Filling

Our rotary tub or jar filling machines are designed for high speed filling of all products (solids, powder and/or liquids). We have different models depending on the jar/tub size, product type and speed required – we are able to reach 250 tpm.

Our machines are equipped with the latest technology and high quality components. We offer different ranges of IP levels according to the products cleaning requirements. All our machines are built in Stainless Steel 304 (*316L optional) and are all prepared to work with any dosing system. We offer other extras such as gravity metal detectors, checkweighers and recirculation of empty jars.


Linear Filling

Lineal tub/jar filling machines are designed for lower speeds

(up to 40 tpm with a single filling station or 65-70tpm using a double filling station).

Our machines are equipped with the latest technology and high quality components. We offer different ranges of IP levels according to the products cleaning requirements.

All our machines are built in Stainless Steel 304 (*316L optional) and are all prepared to work with any dosing system.

All components are form premium brands and we use cutting edge technology to achieve a highly efficient and constant machine.



Design & Software

We design each machine according to the specific requirements of every client. We work with advanced designing software to simulate movements, analyse material behaviours and make high quality rendering models to achieve the best results.

TUB FILLING MACHINE

From our origins we have designed and manufactured packaging lines with tub filling machines. Depending on the product type and format to be packed there are different combinations of equipment and models to create a tub filling machine.

Tub filling machines are divided into two categories; lineal and rotary. One of the main factors to chose a lineal or rotary tub filler is due to space/footprint.

Lineal tub fillers tend to be cheaper and simpler than rotary.

Lineal tub fillers are mainly aimed at low levels of production. One of its advantages is the flexibility it can offer due to the numerous filling stations.

We can adapt 1 or more filling stations depending on the required speeds. This will allow us to fill a couple tubs at the same time and therefore increase production output volume.

Any dosing system in the market can be added to our filling machine as they are compatible. In addition, we can integrate other applications such as lidding, labelling, etc.

 

TUB FILLING AND LIDDING

On the other hand, rotary tub filling and lidding allow us to reach speeds greater than 200 tpm with high accuracy. The working method of this system is very simple but sophisticated at the same time. This system is aimed at companies with high production rate and low format changeovers.

One of the main characteristics of the rotary tub lidding machine is the screw worm that synchronizes and positions the tubs for the entry of the star to be perfect.

We also have a duplex model which enables the machine to run at double the speed.

Depending on the type of product to be packed we can use different dosing systems. A part from the dosing system, it is important to customize the lidding machine according to the product type. We have different versions of tub filling and lidding machines for all requirements such as speed, cleaning process, etc. and we adapt all machines to each client. You can use any tub material such as metal, glass, plastic, etc.
